Appliance Repair Pricing.
We believe in high-quality, transparent, and professional appliance service.
We charge a flat rate diagnostic fee per service call that is credited to the final cost of the repair (if applicable). Based on your specific appliance model number and required repair, we use the industry’s standard blue book pricing so there won’t be any surprises once the work is complete.
A technician will review scope of work in-person and confirm their service rates with you after performing a root cause analysis for the failed appliance. The technician will make a recommendation for either repair or replacement using our criteria (Should I Repair or Replace My Appliance?). If it is determined that the appliance should be replaced, we could recommend several local dealers that offer comparative prices on a wide variety of appliances and you would just be responsible for paying the service fee.
If you wish to move forward with the repair, we will waive the cost of the service fee.
Our No Hassle Guarantee.
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 6 months and any part installed for 1 year. If your appliance fails again within 6 months, we will come out and diagnose the problem free of charge. If it’s a continuation from the previous repair or an issue that wasn’t identified during the previous repair, you only pay for the needed parts.
If the present failure deems that the appliance should be replaced, we will refund your original repair cost minus the service fee.
